Reshape the body
Hi,
I am on day 16 have lost 23 pounds and amd doing SQ injections. I know it is great hu, my question is how long does it take till your body starts reshaping I am starting to get loose skin and I was thinking as discribed in Simeons Protocol says you won't have loose skin?....

I lost 10 pounds in the first 4 days and then only 4 pounds more thru day 40. At around day 24, I noticed a difference in my belly. I lost 5 inches and it tightened the skin too. Keep going and I think your skin will tighten up soon.

I lost 110lbs with the HCG protocol. I have some loose skin, but not very much. I know people who got liposuction to lose about 30lbs that have more loose skin than I do.
To help with the skin issue, use coconut oil as lotion when on phases 1, 3 & 4. Also do "shock treatment" in the shower, which is just turning the temperature up and down rapidly while spraying the water on the area with loose skin. This gets the body to investigate the area and repair damages (i.e. loose skin).
