I just started this about 6 days ago..So far so good...Have not started the exercise program yet Doc says to wait 2 weeks? Where do you buy this releana with going to dr?

I wimped out and cheated to the extreme. After waiting 3 months for DrugDelivery. to send me my ampules and spending countless days on the computer researching and ordering supplies, I blew it. I was doing great for about 10 days and then I became my worse enemy again. Sabbotaged myself by loading something unbelievable like 5,000 calories per day 3 days in a row until I decided I might as well forget the whole thing. I still have med in the freezer and it is still potent so I just have to turn this around. I did notice a lot of inches immedietely were lost. How are you guys doing? I need to talk myself back into doing this again. I still have 6, 5,000 ampules and 70 lbs. to lose.

Well I have been on it for 30 days have lost 20 pounds. I have cheated several times and been on vacation I have abbout 50 to loose so Im gonna do it again. I did 1st round with a dr. Then I ordered mine on m own. I pretty excited I have 12 days left hopefully I will loose 5-10 more. I have lost 18 inches you loose inches faster.

HI, I started the Simeons' protocol on 1/8/09 loading heavily on the first 3 days, however, I am not doing all the strict product changes all the others are, the creams, shampoos and toothpaste. I am doing the 500 protocol but I am not weighing things and being too strict. I have a lot to lose. Most clinics do 800 diet and do not have all the restrictions and people seem to lose at the same speed as the wants that are driving themselves crazy. I hope that this does not backfire for me. Anyone out there that would like to share their experience?

HI my name is Staci anad im new here nad just started HCG diet on Dec 24th. Having a hard time right now. Not loosing very fast today i lost ..6 and the only thing i did worng was put ranch on my salad I have been on the 500 cal diet now for 5 days and have lost almost 9 pounds i wanna see more.
