I think part of the reason is that it seems like you could spend your whole life in the kitchen. How do people fit this in with their busy lives? This is especially true now that I am working, what do people do for lunch and snacks (I have IBS so a lot of roughage is out). Any suggestions or recipies would be great. Thanks.
