Hi I have just started (today) the body ecology diet but last night took the fermented coconut drink and I'm having the worst headaches, has anyone else had headaches from this?
I feel much better today. Not sure if it was the sleep or the fruit or the tea or all of the above but I do feel better. I'm still just so exhausted but then again my schedule is very packed this week.
When I'm this exhausted in the mornings and afternoons I just want to grab for a cup of coffee and am wondering if I'll every be able to drink coffee again since now I know what it does to your adrenals.Maybe twice a week would work? I need to ask about when I should start taking the probiotics (as in those coco drinks I've seen---where you shoot it 2-3 times a day). I've been on the diet now for 18 days. I want to keep losing weight so if anyone knows how to make this happen (besides exercising even more). Thanks!
Sounds like you are getting close to closing on your first month on the diet! You can do it! Try the enemas so you can get those built up toxins out and not feel so tired.
The enemas and colonics kind of freak me out.
I did get a rebounder and have been drinking a tea that was recommended to me which helps quite a lot with ridding the toxins.I can't quite get a handle on what makes me feel bad on some days.I feel great today but yesterday I had a headache, for example, and I'm strictly following the diet. I've lost almost 15 pounds and it will be 1 month to the day this thursday!
What about a lymphatic massage? Can anyone share their experience with me about this? Did you get sick after because of all of the toxins getting released??
It's called the herxhimer reaction. Peppermint tea will help with some of the detox effect. But like Cayce said. the enemas are a great way to get it out quicker. You will feel better. It should help the headaches.
on another site it is recommended to eat fruit BY ITSELF in the middle of the afternoon. the key being that you chew it up really well so that it digests rapidly so it doesn't end up feeding the yeasts. i know that this isn't on the BED, but what do you folks think of this idea?
