Hey all. I have been pretty busy and not able to post anything. But, I have found that FRESH and RAW is best! The taste and the energy level that we get. WOW! I found that if I eat an apple that is not organic, it just seems to leave me wanting something to eat. Like real food. I found that my PH has balanced out. Any one else see this happen?

I just heard that if you eat a large breakfast that you can actually lose weight, and that it is good for you, as your going to burn the calories anyway and not be snacking later. But eating a large meal and going to bed is bad (that I have done many nights) because your not burning the calories. I find that "Whole Foods" is one place I can find fresh organic fruit - and the price is not much more than some supermarkets that sell not so good looking fruit that is not organic. I have found bags of cert organic apples at "Pathmark" (New York City) that are very good - and for a "large bag" it was only $4.99; I just had one not that long ago and it needed NO sugar. :)

Marilyn,

On know the cause today Doug said that Sorghum was on the do not eat list due to mycotoxins. Ever heard this? It was right up there with peanuts and corn. I guess because it is prone to fungus. It is a grain right. I guess that is why, all grains are prone to mold. What cha think?

Ok, we'll be waiting. But I would just get rid of it now Marilyn. IF you "think" it may be hurting you. Throw it away! LOL.

I have been eating an apple or two most days....it really helps to get rid of any sweet tooth
I may have, and doesn't hurt my stomach (some foods do). I get the organic apples, so I
can just wash them and not have to peel them. If I get a sour batch (I have twice) - I
just cut the apple in pieces and dip each one in raw sugar - very sweet. Very good.
