Namaste Yogi's - I just wanted to share with you my love for yoga! After being diagnosed with BC I was depressed and scared. I started practicing Yoga and it has helped me so much. My instructor is amazing! I am so glad I found Yoga. It is like nothing Else. I wish everyone could do it. They just have no idea!

It is so amazing how yoga can make a person feel. I think it has so much to do with your state of mind and where yoga takes you internally/spiritually. That is where I belive the healing begins! Thanks for sharing and I look forward to talking with you more!
