A few mintues ago, I've washed my face using Burt's Bees facial scrub cream. I got a new bump right above my left eye-brow. Maybe it's because my period hasn't come yet. I've been eating as healthy as I can be eating veges roasted in extra-virgin olive oil, staying clear away from processed stuff, drinking tea from Botanics' Choice with honey, but deep down just doing these things isn't enough ...
