Soon to be fifty, and looking forward to it.! Pretty good health, and looking for that optimal health, want to live a VERY long time. I've been a laborer for a number of years,almost 30 now. I love to be outdoors, digging in the dirt, planting my garden,resurrecting my flowers and plants after a hard winter, watching everything grow! Love the water and sun, go fishing when ever I can, thats when I can find my inner self, and enjoy all that the heavens have given us, TO ENJOY !! Swimming is very enjoyable. I love many animals, but my CATS are my babies, they love so much how could ya not love um back. Seeking a better lifestyle is very important to me, I am So gald I found this COMMUNITY!!!

I am just learning from Mr. Trudeau as well. My story is very similar to yours right down to the never being able to retire. What a world!
