About Me:: I am a 30 yr old mother of three, married, full time job, living in the rat race we call life. I have been using Homeopathy most of my life from the age of 8 yrs. I always believe in knowing your own body & being in touch with that of your children. In life everyone has periods where they just follow what everyone else is doing & I did that being a young mother just starting college. In the past year or more I have little by little with the help of Kevin Trudeau's book ( I have them all ) been going back to doing these natural things. Xylitol

Can anyone tell me anything about the ingredient Xylitol? I thought this was an artifical sweetener that we should stay away from. I see it in alot of products like toothpaste, I also see it sold by itself in the health food stores. Just wanted some input on what other people know about this ingredient.

She also does alot of things right too, like whole foods, organic, you name it. It's my belief though that her kids immune systems were still not strong enough though so they couldn't fight it off.
