Just wanted to thanks all those who have contributed by sending me links & videos of things we all need to know about. I appreciate all the information that has been sent me and as usual I post them for all to see.

I discovered that the New Chapter vitamins have soy in them, and that wasn't agreeing with me. Soy isn't good. You may want to consider changing to Garden of Life. That is a great brand. I am not taking anything from New Chapter anymore. Nyota1

I have purchased one brand called Modern Organic Products from my salon. I don't know that much about them or if they are 100% organic, but they seem to be great products. I use the volumizing spray. - Hi Abela, Thanks for the post. The New chapter multi is great. I notice a big difference when I take it. I look significantly better when I take it. Have you read the Bragg book about Apple Cider Vinegar? I would recommend reading that. It sounds like you need something to break up the congestion in your lungs. I will ask my Doctor what he thinks about that. I will be going there on Wednesday. I had a sinus infection and I used Eucalyptus oil spray. It works great. I am sure it is great for the lungs too. I think garlic would be very good for what you have also. My Doctor told me to take up to 9 cloves a day. What are your main symptoms? Can you switch products at your salon? What products do you use?
