My husband no longer takes Claritin because of ACV. Instead of taking claritin every morning, he takes a shot of ACV instead.
I too take it straight, I take a shot of ACV whenever I'm having sinus/allergy issues, there are days I can take several shots through the day and by shot I mean about an ounce -- like a shot glass. I do follow with water and honey.
A place to share for all those interested in eating raw foods for greater health, well-being, longevity, weight loss and general yumminess ;)
All interest-levels welcome, from the newbie to the long-term 100% raw foodie...
I completely agree with Nvota1. I use it daily. I take a shot of it and chance with water, also a spoonful of honey. It's helped my sinus/headache/allergies as well as my husband. My husband HAD been taking claritin daily and now after taking ACV ...
