Got my answers! I will be doing my loading days on Saturday and Sunday... first injection on Monday. Here goes nothing!
Does anyone have any simple mixing instructions for a 10,000 ampuole? Does it matter what dosage you're going to be taking?
I am going to start the HCG diet soon. I was wondering how/where I can find the cleanse prior to the diet. I'm very green with this whole thing(diet and forum) and would appreciate any help.

- NO!!! Load WITH the injections! Days 1 and 2 of injections are the load days. The first 3 injections are ineffective, and you take advantage of that time by loading up with plenty of fats. Try to stay away from the sugar and starches and you will do better. It is the fats that will stick with you better.

- LOL, no the only thing you double is the mixing liquid. Mix 1cc per 1000 IUs, so for your 10,000 you need 10cc of bacteriostatic water. The dosing is still the same. 0.2 cc or 20 on the insulin syringe will give you 200 IUs
