I just finished reading the natural cures book, and learned so much from it. I have already gotten purifiers for my faucets and showers, and am drinking distilled water all the time and shopping more at the co-op for organic foods. I already feel so much better. I personaly have been using proactive for a long time and it always helped but i didnt look like the people in the commercials or anything...haha. So im trying to get off it by using hydrogen peroxide. if you do some research youl find that "Benzoyte Peroxide" is basically the same thing only more expensive and it doesnt work as well as h2o2 (but thats just my experiance so far.) but anyway, what im doing is applying the h2o2 with a cotton ball in the morning, and afternoon. then when i shower at night i use a little of the proactive( im pretty much only still using it as a safety procaution until im completely clear and feel confident only using the h2o2), then wait a few hours and apply the h2o2. And dont take all of what i said to heart, its all just what ive come up with after researching a lot, im no scientist. but I do believe that many problems can be fixed with simple things like h2o2. let me know what you think and if you have any questions at all, or if theres anything i didnt explain enough, id be more than open awnser any questions.

Hey Linda, thanks for the add!! I see you have apple cider vinegar on your page. What are the benefits of apple cider vinegar. I heard that it can help your hair grow, do you know if this is true?
