I just learned that I have fluid in my inner ear....doc gave me a low dose of a diuretic (sp), can't take a full dose due to low blood pressure. He also told me to get 3000 mg of sodium....not sure if I go over that or under that each day....with ...

One thing that really cleaned me out was when I started drinking Aloe Vera gel for my stomach problems and I also started drinking a Tlbs of braggs organic vinegar in some water with a tlbs or so of raw orgainc honey and eating a tlbs of coconut oil twice a day. I didn't know I had so much s--- built up in there and I was not even thinking about that part. You can get that stuff in health food stores. Lily of the Valley (I think that is what it is) was the name of the stuff I got. I know the name Lily was on it and they have a pretty good product.
