I am 43 female and just divorced. I have 2 sons that are my life. I work in the dental field. I am really trying to get into the natural way of life and eating, but need alittle help in knowing what is good and whats bad.
I have traveled to several other countries and France and Spain are my two favs.
The food and people are very very nice. They seem to eat more healthy in thoughs countries than we do.
