We have a lot going on here.
Our youngest son will be getting married in December.
Then he will be graduating from Tec school in the Air Force on the 5th of Dec.

When I do I mix my veggies: lettuce, spinich, tomato, onion, cuke, green pepper sometimes, mushrooms. The total volume of the salad is usually a good size handful, maybe a little more as the calorie content is so low. Normally, for me, when i have a salad, I mix my protein into it: ground beef to make a taco salad, or chicken or shrimp or tuna. I use different seasonings depending on the meat I use. I don't like vinegar too much, so tend to use salsa more often. There are a couple of dressings on the market (can't remember brand or name) that have no sugar and nearly no calories. The dressing is just to give flavor and you can get that just from a little seasoning.

I just started the HCG shots today. Have you started yet? I am supposed to be gorging myself with food for 2 days but honestly I am NOT hungry at all! I can't even seem to make myself eat...this is weird!
