hello beatriz... the best way to add music to your page is t download a song to your harddrive then upload it to your homepage. You can also copy favorites of other member's songs to you list as well... best wishes beatriz!

the beauty and simplicity of the mind is that it is only able to have one thought at a time. The body is only able to have one feeling at a time as well and the feelings in our body are directly related to the thoughts in our mind. Therefore, when you find yourself being sabataged with a negative thougth, take a moment to observe it rather than to react to it. In this state of observation choose to embrace it with thoughts of "Infinite Love & Gratitude". Say "Thank you"...it will immediately shift the expereince you are in and you will soon create a new neural network that does not attract these negative thoughts, feelings, and conscequences.
