So, you're thinking about going all organic, or maybe you are starting to buy a few organic foods but find yourself continuing to buy the "other stuff" because its...cheaper, more convenient or too difficult to find? People say they can't afford to go all organic because organic food is so expensive. Making that decision is a hard one because finding organic food can be difficult, and it is easier to just by the other stuff. When I finally made my decision to go "all organic", I knew I could onl…

I am really good. It's been a crazy summer already and it looks like it's just gonna keep going that way.
I ended up not finishing my cleanse last year like I was wanting to because Thanksgiving came and then Christmas and I totally caved to the foods. So I've been trying to start it and actually do it ever since and haven't had success. I'm now planning on starting again this Monday. Keeping my hopes high.
How about you? How's your health been?
Today I started week 5 of my candida cleanse and so far, 10 pounds are gone and my headaches are faint and my stomach is flattening. Also my depression that I have suffered with my whole life is recently a lot weaker than ever. But the most exciting thing is that I started my female cycle on Saturday and I normally experience horrible cramps and in October, they were awful and I gave in and took some ibuprofen. This month I swore I was not gonna take anything no matter what and would you believe ...... I haven't needed anything because my cramps have been so minimal that I have a cup of ginger tea and those even go away. I am beside myself excited that I might be rid of those forever!!!!
Not bad for overhauling my whole life to do this cleanse!!! It's proven a HUGE challenge to adapt and do this thing correctly but the results I now have are fueling me along and I am not even tempted to cheat anymore and the pizza craving is almost gone.
I hope you are well and life is good. Let me know soon!! I wanna hear about you !!!!
No, I did not know you smoked. So you think maybe the smoking and pulling are not mixing well together?? Rashes are usually a sign of purging your system is doing. Either that or allergies. Maybe a different oil may be an option??
My sister has been doing weight watchers for a few months now and she has lost over 25 pounds and is looking amazing. I tried it before but I wasnt serious about it at all and so it didnt work for me. In order to see results I just totally stopped eating and weight came off but not the right way. So I stopped. And now I am in week 3 of the cleanse and the withdrawls are almost gone (headaches, muscle aches, major fatigue) so I am utterly grateful for that. The protocol is still hard to follow. I have to sweat everyday or I get the headache back and the supplements are not easy to always remember and to have to pass by food I love for the food in the protocol. This weekend was really hard. My b'day was on Fri and my family wanted to take me to dinner and then drinks and doing all of this stuff that included food and I couldn't do any because I don't wanna ruin what's happening with me. They totally understood but it was sooo hard to say no to it all. I really miss pizza …. I LOVE PIZZA!!! How we suffer for this good health!!!!
I have been loving my weekly trips to the Whole Foods Market by my house. I heard from someone who works there that it is the store that when he is in town, Kevin visits so yay; another reason to go and get my organic food there!!!
So that’s the update and thanks for yours. It’s great to have someone outside of my family ask me how my plan is going. It’s a great support and I need that so really, thanks. I respect you so for going cold turkey. That’s hard. Keep it up!!!!!
As for the cleanse, so far so good. The regiment of the supplements is a little weird and juggling it with when to eat and all that will take some getting used to but the worst part so far for me is the gas and the bloating that I have. It's bad and outside of taking things outta my diet, I'm not eating much different. Its filled with all vegs, fruits, rice cakes, my daily tea and a ton of water. I am going through a sugar withdrawal already and I miss my bread and cheese. I cheated a little last night and had a few potato chips. Then this morning I started my female week and my cramps are always sooo bad and I gave in and took some ibuprofen which I'm SURE is not allowed but for these first days I will die if I can't eliminate this pain. At least it's just the beginning and not in the middle of the plan. There I wouldn't give in.
Let me know what happens and if things get better. Good luck and I'm here for you!!!!!
I slept for the first time in years for 6 hours straight 2 nights ago and my patterns have become sleeping for 3 hours and waking up for an hour, sleeping another 3 then waking up so it really took a toll on my energy and my overall physical being. Last night I had 5 hours but thats sill more than 3 and then awake so I'm very pschyed about that. Also my skin feels different; somewhat softer and maybe Im nuts but my blackeds on my nose are going away!! Sorry, yucky topic, I know but I really have noticed that. I still can't get the taste to thrill me but maybe that takes time.
The cleanse I start on Mon, Oct. 1 and I am more looking forward to how I will feel after than the whole doing it itself. My sister says thats normal so I am believeing her there.
I am thinking too that you are right about the side effects. I have none but maybe because I am pretty healthy and have for many weeks been preparing for my cleanse and doing a lot of the stuff from Kevin's Phase 1 stuff. So yeah, that makes sense.
It was so good to hear from you and that you are seeing great stuff. It encourages me like crazy and I hope you keep seeing more and more. Let me know as you do and I will too!!!! Have a great weekend!!
