Hi all! Today will be day 13 for me and wow what an adventure it has been. I have been able to stay on the straight path and only had to juice six oranges a day, along with water, and some herbal tea every other day. Over the last two days though I have become VERY weak and I feel it's about time to add in some raw fruits, raw foods. Hi all! I finally started my fast. Im ending day four now as we speak. The first three days were hard.....alot of hunger pains! Day four is going better but having some headaches, dizziness! It passes when I sip on some fresh, raw orange juice then follow with water. Im doing nothing but orange juice, water and maybe an herbal tea twice a day. Hoping to make it to atleast day 14. Well folks...I finally feel im ready for that long awaited fast I've always wanted to do. I have done alot cleansing over the last two or three years and have done mini fast before this one. I feel this prolonged fast will help accelerate me into another level of health that I long for. Well yall....I just completed my FIRST liver/gallbladder flush and had SUCCESS! I was kind of skeptical to say the least thinking maybe down in side that at the age of 29 I couldn't possibly have STONES.
