When I steam my veggies for not a long time, I also drink the water to get all nutrients.

Antibiotics was our last resort but we gave in since she was having a really hard time. She is 2 years old and after 3 weeks of taking the antibiotics, she has a yeast infection. I was wondering if someone has any suggestions to cure this.
