About Me:: Hello everyone, My name is Cristie and I live in Vermont!! I'm 22 years old. I just read one of Kevin Trudeas books this past winter, and learned things I never knew before. I am very grateful for reading the book because my whole life is different now and its for the better. I try to live my life as healthy and natural as I can. Since this past winter I have lost 40 lbs, and they weight keeps coming off. I owe it to Kevin to giving me a new way to live my life! Thank you!!!!!! Favorite Music:: I like just about everything, I will listen to anything that I think sounds good!!!

Favorite Books: I love Kevin Trudeau's books, I read them all and I will continue to read them. I also read anything that teaches me how to live more natural! One book I just read that I recommend to anyone is Death By Diet, by Robert Barefoot, It's a great read.
