Day 28 Juice Feast
Today's Feast, in order of consumption:
16 oz. water w/ 1/2 TBS MSM
16 oz. green juice w/ lemon, cayenne, turmeric, and a pinch of salt
30 oz. celery/apple/grape juice
16 oz. green juice w/ lemon, cayenne, turmeric and a pinch of salt
3 TBS bee pollen
26 oz. celery/apple/grape juice w/ 1/2

Day 21 Juice Feast
Today is my three week mark! Alriiiiiiight!!
Time for my weekly intake:
- I feel great overall - always increasing in clarity of mind, emotions, and decision making.
- The past few days my skin has been breaking out a little around my mouth, which is rare for me. We'll see how that goes.

Day 14 Juice Feast
Well, my first lovely challenge while juice feasting was on day 1 when I was locked out of my house in the cold, and the second came tonight, at the
two week mark, when I got a flat tire in the middle of nowhere in total
darkness, by myself, on the way to a nearby town to get more produce to
