I plan to do start Phase One of the "Weight Loss Cure Prodical" for Lent this year. Out of necessity, I am going to HAVE TO make some some major modifications.

For my Church, I am in a simplicity group. One of our assignments was to spend thirty minutes at our favorate store, and to not buy anything, but to montitor our reactions as we are tempted to buy things.
