Gotta love this diet. Only hope I do a good job at doing what I'm supposed to be doing when I get done to keep it off.

Hi,
I am about to start on the Simeons Protocol once again in a few days. Isn't there anyone out there that is doing it or will be starting it and will walk with me through it? I will need support and willing to give it back. This used to be the best site and so many wonderful people to help and cheer you on. Where is everyone?

May 18th 153.8. Losing faster than I thought I would

This is great. I really gorged this time and I think it helped a lot. I haven't been hungry at all and really taking the weight off fast. Down 8 lbs since I started. Whoo hoo!

162 today, bummer. Sucks having gained that much back again. Oh, well, back to the protocol and down to a weight I love soon.

I just don't think hcg works for me. I know it works for some people, but not for me. I have to find something that works for me. I have to find something that I can live with for the rest of my life, meaning not gaining the weight back once I stop. I never felt right doing hcg. I had intense cravings for sugar and carbs so it was not satisfying. It was pure torture. But, I should never say never, because I could become desperate enough to do hcg one more time.

I'm maintaining my weight, Darla. I wear a size 6 jean/pencil skirt/jacket, and a small top and overcoat.
