Hi, Darlene--it was nice to hear from you. There's not much new over here. I go out with my girlfriends, take yoga and meditation, and I signed up for an art class, but that is really it. I don't shop much anymore as I have the clothes that I need now. I'm in a routine, and well, quite frankly, even though I'm out of the house 11 hours 6 days a week, I'm kinda of bored. LOL HCG was a lot of fun, sticking myself every morning, losing weight, buying new clothes every month, and new bras, now, though, lol, nothing exciting like that. I'm simply maintaining and following a schedule. hahaha How about you?

Yeah, Darlene, that is how it is around here too with hcg. But, lol, now we know where to buy it and we can buy as much of it as we want and do it as often as we want. LOL And, it only costs 14.94/amp! LOL Those clinics (I went to one my first round, want about 1600.00!) And, they only give you exactly what you need, for example, 40 needles. I dropped one of those needles and was really scared to use it even though I cleaned it with alcohol.

Hi, Darlene--just ask around about resteraunts that have natural foods. Ask people at the cosmetic counter, ask people at health food stores, ask people at Whole Foods--I have a feeling that you will get at least three responses. Then you can ask people in the restroom of wherever you go, lol! This is how I find out places to go, even for drinks and dancing. I usually as the young chics at Nordstrom, but for natural food, I ask yoga people and Whole Foods people. The people who work in the Whole Body section of Whole Foods are very knowledgable. I have a really good feeling that you will find places just by asking around. ttys

Hi Darlene--you are maintaining. Woman can gain as much as 7 pounds during the month of water weight. Just keep counting points or calories if you desire, and you should be fine. I was down to 153.6 last week after being up to 158 the week before. I was retaing water. I usually maintain at 156-157, but sometimes, like that particular week, I at too much sea salt, also, the hormones cause weight gain. Seven pounds in one month sounds like a lot, but my naturopath told me this is normal for a woman even if she is true to herself, and staying within the food intake to maintain weight. That is the only time though, that I weight 158 while maintaining, and it's been 9 months so far. Usually like I said, I maintain around 15-157. I don't know why I weighed 153.6 last week. This week I weighed 154.2. I feel comfortable with this flucutation b/c I know that what I'm eating is within range, and that it's just water weight. I have a feeling that next week, I will be at my normal weight, again. LOL

It has been raining on and off here too, Darlene. The weather has been different. Today though it's partly cloudy and 80 degrees. We are going out to dinner to a place that we haven't eaten before. There is terrace dining, and live jazz. The wine list was voted CT best. I'm looking forward to it as they use local ingredients, and I heard that the terrace is really pretty.

Wow, Darlene, I'm sorry to hear about the other person passing.

To lose all you have to do is cut back your daily points by 4. Okay? Pretty easy, huh? Yesterday, I don't understand it, buy I weighed 153.6. LOL It's probably the yoga as I haven't been increasing my points for activity. I need to do that. I have to look it up and figure out how many points to add for a 90 minute gentle yoga class. I think that it's 4 extra points, maybe two, but I'm not sure. If it is only 2 points, that doesn't seem that doing without 2 points on the days I practice yoga, that I would have lost 3 plus this week. I'm going to wait, actually, before adding more points and see what happens the following week, maybe it's just a water fluctuation.

You get 35 weekly bonus points too, as I do, and everybody else who does WW. The catch: you must eat the bonus points within the week. You cannot carry them over to the next week. I got your message about losing. I calculate that for you later as I need to figure it out.

To maintain at 140 at 5 2 = 25 points if you are between the age of 38-47
To maintain at 140 at 5 2 = 26 points if you are between the age of 27-38
