- I am 50 years old this year and I feel great I try to each as good as we can to have our energy to do all we like to do from trail walking to beach walking along with some good hard tennis and grreat snow shoing in the winter so that's my answer to good health oh ya let 's not for get pationate exercise is excellent for great energy and good health.
