- I'm 49 years old, married mother of 5 and need to lose weight to releive the pressure off of my lower spine. I grew up on horses and dirt bikes, helped roof houses, hauled photography equipment around for 9 years and cleaned houses and have hurt my spine over time. I have degenerative spondylosis with two disk L-4 & L-5 slowly losing density. My lower spine, over the past 18 years has become crooked, therefore, it's difficult for me to exercise and sometimes I'm bedridden with pain and can't straighten up enough to walk or stand. My doctor suggested that I try the HCG injections after the Christmas Holidays, to lose 25 - 30 pounds and told me I didn't have to exercise on this. I bought Keven Trudeau's "Weightloss Protocol cure" book and found the phase one a turn off, but kept reading and did research on the internet about it. I'm still learning from alot of info and people who have done this HCG diet with success and some without, and I go to the doctor to start it, January 3rd. I'm also a formerf EMT, so I have no fear of giving myself injections. 2cc's is half a teaspoon, so it's no big deal to me. I wish to find other people in a blog or online community that are either on the HCG injections or have been on it and help guide me on what to eat and how to exercise. Want to know about "other's" results on HCG protocol please!
Hi There! I'm new here and very curious to find out from anyone and everyone on HCG, how you are doing on it, how you "did" on it, how much weight you thought you needed to lose and how much the HCG "let " you lose.
I've read so much information on the internet and different blogs, that I feel like there has to be an easier way to find organic foods other than growing my own. I do live in the country and yes, we do have our own garden, every year. It's hard to work it after work and on

I see from your writing's that you were going to start the injections yesterday, did you? You are so lucky that you have a dr. that believes in the Hcg and suggested it to you.....Please keep me posted on your success....and any helpful hints that you might have. I'm trying to stay on Phase 1 for 30 days....which is sooo hard, especially hearing all the success going on.....
