Yes, that's what i have been giving them. It has Eldberry flavor. The kids had been taking that med since MOnday night. it helped on and off. :)
I understand that elderberry is good for fever. I have not tried this myself, but I read that in an article by a ND that it is good for flu symptoms like nausea and fever.

Well, what do you do once their temp spikes over 102? I try not to panic but it's hard not to do anything before it gets to their brain and damage it? People do die from fevers. It's scary!
Well, no advice from me, I'll just tell you that I let fever run its course. It's part of the body's immune response, unless spiking over 102 (my personal cut off), I just try to make my kids as comfy as possible and give them plenty of fluids.
