Hello Fay, thank you for joining the depression and anxiety group. I read in one of your comments that you have been having panic attacks after something that had happened. Same here. I am vulnerable to having an attack any moment of the day and even when I'm sleeping. But it's getting better now, and I know so will you! It can be beat!
