Are people still using the turbo diet.
Smoking when you are 8 or 9 will not affect you much. As far as smoking goes, I've smoked for 20 years, and still smoke, and look at least 10 year younger than I am. It's called attitude.
Try tossing cut up potatoes in various herbs and bake them on a cookie sheet (lined with parchament paper) in the oven for 30 minutes at 450 and if you like eggs, toss them in some frothed egg whites before cooking.
You need far less protein than you think.

The Rave Diet does not limit your carbs by the way. So keep enjoying them! You should hopefully start losing once Seven+ kicks in like it did for me.

My husband works nights and leaves to work at 3 PM. He says your email came in after he left yesterday, and he replied to it this morning as soon as he saw it. Berry Radical is very good, it's just very different from eXfuze in ORAC value, ingredient list, the way it's made (different potency and delivery method), and price.
Regarding the pasta, I too eat lots of whole grain pasta several times per week and brown rice on the other days and continue losing weight in spite of it (I eat bread everyday too). Are you eating whole grain pasta or white? I have lost 21 lbs. since July without dieting or exercise and continue to drop about 3/4 lb per week. I know eXfuze is responsible for this because I hear from lots of other people that they are losing weight too without trying. I am almost 42, and this has never, ever happened to me. Losing weight has always been a struggle for me, even in my teens. I have a friend in her 60s who is a cancer survivor that is bound to a wheelchair, and she lost all her inflammation and water retention all the way to her ankles. She believes she may have lost as much as a dress size, and is ecstatic. She has been drinking magic juices for years and has tried several different ones. She said that none of them have ever done this for her until now. She tells everybody she comes into contact with, including her doctors, and she is not a distributor. She sends them to my husband's website.

- Rave is all Vegan with no vegetable oils and exercise is required. Pretty easy to follow. Get the book and DVD (the cancer DVD too). They are great! It is all based on diet recommendations from Dr. Campbell of The China Study, Dr. Furman, Dr. Esselstyn, etc.
I eat olive oil daily though and still dropped 43 points on my cholesterol (179 to 136) and 21 lbs with no exercise since June. I had some big help from eXfuze though. I didn't give up meat until October and dairy until December and still did great on my blood work that I picked up today. It was phenomenal! I do plan to start exercising. I just need to plan it better.
The make-up website contains organic and non-organic natural stuff without yucky chemicals.

- Well let's see, obviously I love Harley's have been riding one since I was 13. I travel about 10,000 km's a year on my bike. I also promote motorcycle awareness to those on the road in cars, the picture is of me and the police putting on an awareness ride. (I'm the one on the bike beside red car) Have 2 dogs - a German Shepherd and a Greyhound I rescued from the racetrack in Kansas, who is now a therapy dog in old folks' homes.
I want to be healthy and skinnier!
