A longing
two of my roomates went to go get chinese food just now. Good God what wouldn't I give for some plain fried rice. And no one knows the secrets and how they cook it like that.

have a scratchy throat. today and have low energy.
my selfish roomate always insists upon having the air blasting. I know its Louisiana but we;ve been in the 60s lately so...yeah.
but oh well, next year I'll be in a two person apt with a girl who doesnt eat out every night, so her body temp wont be so out of whack like some people I know.

Cheating
Today I cheated big time during my blessed herbs internal cleansing kit. I not only ate non organic foods, but I ate pizza, white mac and cheese, and string beans.
ok so maybe the string beans aren't such a concern.
I am supposed to be eating lots of raw foods, and all. The cleanse says its ok to eat whatever you want, but for the quickest and strongest cleanse to eat raw, organic foods. so now I feel like such a failure after alot o hard work.
I am sad. Well tomorrow I'll work twice as hard… Continue

- Heather, I see you like techno music and such. Ecstasy does cause a candida yeast overgrowth. I am still trying to get rid of my candida, but once you do remove it. It never comes back, unless you take a over the counter drug or prescription drug.

- Hey. You replied a long time ago from me, but the rings I used from alex chiu never gave me cramps or pain on any joint movements. I am a break dancer and I dunno if the rings made me feel better, the necklace that makes my water level alkline, the colon cleanse I did, the homegrown organics i eat. I just do everything that makes me feel happy and my family happy. I hope all is well for you.

Lynne said… - Heather--he talks about it in his first book. Ha, I don't know where, though, as he is all over the place in his writing style. I wish that I could point you to a page number or chapter, but Trudeau didn't catagorize things to my liking; however, what he did do was much more important to me: he got the word out about the FDA and all of the societies that doen't do anything for us. He, also, I feel, used his skills and education from the brainwashing techniques in the way that the man wrote his books. I think that is why his first two books are written the way they are.
