About Me:

I'm on my 11th day of Phase 2, doing well; until today was dropping 1-2 # each day- total so far 11.2 #. I am 56 & the picture was taken in Jan. after losing about 20# last year slowly by adjusting activity level & what I ate. We have about 20 people at church doing the HCG protocol and losing amazing weight. I am excited to reach my first goal- already weigh less than I have for 20 years at least.
