I have implemented some of his ideas but some are a liittle hard to follow so I did find an alternative to cleansing gentley and an easy to follow weight loss with an oustanding whole food replacement which puts me in alkaline. In a nutshell I'm achieving the same results with high quality products and am not running around trying to find them on my own.
