James, I was not very rigid on P3 as I was so glad to get off P2. As a fellow body builder, I worked out pretty heavy on P2 and actually seemed to gain some fat percentage, which was odd but I think because of the water loss daily it may have sucked the fullness from the muscles. I actually put back on about 10 pounds but bodyfat went down during P3. As I said though, I didn't follow religiously. My sister did however and has had great maintenance since. Hope that helps.
