- I just recently became vegitarian ( hope that is spelled right) I eat some dairy and some eggs. This is new to me so I don't think I get enough protien. I love Kevins books. I love to gardent and I drive a semi for a living. I live in the middle of the woods with no one around. I am 41 yrs old and have 3 daughters all of whom are out of the house so it iis just myself, my husband, and 4 dogs and 1 cat. I just found out that my oldest daughter and her husband are expecting. I am very excited. I will tell you that after reading Kevins books I don't look at drug companies or food companies the same. As a matter of fact I am breaking myself (with the help of an herbalist and accupuncture person) of my prescription asthma meds. So far I am off 2 inhalers and my allergy meds. I feel so much better. Now I have to conquer the weight thing and I will be healthier.
