I enjoy exercise, good health, live music, techy gadgets, and the NFL (particularly the Bears, Panthers, and Titans). Much of my spare time is spent in the gym. Other activities (that I don't get to do nearly as often as I'd like) include traveling, skiing, white water rafting, camping, and inline skating.

Health/Fitness is truly my passion, and I wish I could make it my full time career.

I'm a geek, and a proud one at that. My favorites podcasts are... Diggnation, TWIT (This Week In Tech), Macbreak Weekly, Security Now, and Cranky Geeks.

No hard copy. We're really not interested in doing any print. We want to be as green as possible, and the digital format gives us alot of options to explore. We want to do alot with video, and with interactive media.Thank you for subscribing!
