So as you can see, sometime ago I fell down on my blogging. It's NOT because the diet stopped working for me. It's because 1. I had a couple of set-backs due to the holidays. 2. The holidays kept me busier than I would have liked.
My original weight-loss goal was 10 lbs. My Doc said, "Oh, you'll get there before Day 20." She was right. However, every time I was invited to a Christmas party I had a little nibble or 3 on something not on protocol. Or at least 2 different times I threw ca

Well as suspected the scale is on track. Down another lb. today. I also took my measurements which are progressing right along with the scale.
I started digging out all my old jeans to see if I could wear anything that was previously too tight.

7.6 lbs!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY MOLY!!! I've never lost 7.6 lbs. in a week's time in my life. I'm a healthy eater, a work-outer, I surf, I run. Did I say HOLY MOLY?!?!?
I guess I'll live with the hunger for 23 more days, eh?

So besides being ravenously hungry (starting to wish I had bought those appetite suppressants) I know I've lost weight. My Doc suggested I NOT weigh myself the 1st week, since after the loading days a possible weight gain could discourage me.
So, I don't officially weigh-in til Monday at the Dr.'s office. I have however been taking my measurements and have lost 1 inch in my waist, my abs, my hips and a little less in my thighs. Soo, I would hope that translates to lbs. lost. The suspen
