Thank you fot the topic. I had a discussion today w/a friend on the same thing. I do believe such a topic can be easily confused, at least for me. He asked me "What do you think spirituality is and how do I learn to become more spiritual...
i've seen more and more of these products on shelves- including canned vegetables, boxed cereal (frosted flakes and raisin bran), and cereal bars. Some ingredients list tocopherols. Any input? I plan to check w/OCA also
Thanks Tim for the re-link. Very informative video. I'm feeling a little depressed now....Sorry, it was right there. I will diagnose myself as .......Pharmaphobic. What's the remedy for that?
Anyone have any experience w/the BePure cleanse- 21 day cleanse?
