Robyn is right. Sounds to me you are out of alignment and need to see a chiropractor. Your anxiety is coming from having these strange symptoms and do not know why. I bet a chiropractor is exactly what you need.

I also love water therapy, stretching and exercising in pools and hot tubs to release the muscles and pain.
Massage and chiropractors can help also. I think I broke my tailbone a couple of years ago, and had a hard time sitting for weeks. I went to the chiropractor a few times and it helped alot.
