- I have no knowledge about HCG - never used it. A candida cleanse you can purchase at a pharmacy or health food store and simply follow the instructions for use on or in the box.

- Also, I have not done any of the cleanses. I actually don't know too many that have. your body will do a lot of cleansing while you do the protocol. Yes, the drops are just as effective! They are real hcg. Once hcg is in the system, it works the same. just the delivery is different.
