I was so depressed last time I was on here. Since then I have been working with a Trainer at the gym once a week.
He is amazing. My results are very good. I did go up the scale for the first six months. I have now lost more weight.
I now weigh 134.5 I am pleased. I do still have a goal to get down to 126.5. I think It may happen.
I need to watch my sodium intake. I am making baby steps in that way. Salt is one of my major weaknesses.

I did have to do a steak protocol again last monday. I ate fine today. And still expect to be up like always. If thats the case, I am done. I am sick of this being the only thing I think about 24/7 Literally. I even dream about it. I wake up to use the bathroom and while I am in there I think wow in 4 hours I have to weigh in. I hope I'm not up again. I keep getting stress knots in my neck that run down my back. I cant take much more. My hubby is sick of hearing it. Thats all we talk about.

Well that was not successful. My question then becomes: was it the 100 grams of protein (on accasion) that i had last night the problem. I didnt have the un-organic protein shakes.
Who knows Today is steak day again I like Steak but this is ridiculous. Thats 3 steak days this week.
2 more weeks of this. Oh I can hardly wait. I dont know why but this always takes the wind out of my sails.

I am going to give it 2 more weeks. I was lucky enough to have Lynnette talk me into not giving up. I was there and about to just throw in the towel. I am going to try 2 more weeks. Today I will not have any of the prot. shakes I have been using. For the next 3 days no more shakes. Just food.

Meal one: 3 egg whites w/mascarpone cheese seasoned with un-sweetened cocoa, stevia and cinnamon.

Well I woke up Saturday And I was down a 1/2 pound 135.5
Menu for Saturday 2-23-08:
Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1 white
Meal 2: 1/2 Grapefruit 1/2 protein shake
Meal 3: 3 slices of turkey cut up on lettuce w/rosemary vinegarette.
Meal 4: Cheese and Organic Wine (the whole bottle) and a 1/2 protein shake and almonds
spread out through the next 5 hours (grazing)
One latte, 2 vinegar shots, all my calcium, 2 coconut oil
