I'm a mom of two teenage girls and a huge animal lover. I live on a horse ranch with a menagerie of animals. I have terrible heart disease in my extended family and would like to beat the odds! I am currently reading Kevin's Natural Cures book and am already hooked. I want to get healthy and STAY healthy!

You need to go to a center to get a colonic, I've had it done and I felt much better. I need to go again. Kevin recommends a cleanse to be done every season. I can recommend an excellent product if you would like.
