It has been a really long time since my last blog! But good news...I ended Ph2 in July and I am still maintaining! I am -2.3 lbs from my ending Ph2 weight after 3 1/2 months. I weigh everyday and keep a weight journal so I keep myself in line at all times. If I gain a little more than I would like in a day I just make sure that the next day I am reeeaaaallly good...and it comes back off everytime. I have absolutely loved this program!

I only have a few pounds until my goal...yeah!!! My apple day resulted in about a 1lb weight loss so hopefully I'll hit my goal in the next few days. I was going to stop the shots today but decided to give it a couple more days. I can fit into most of my old clothes now except for a few of the size 8's that are a little snug still. It was like getting a whole new wardrobe when I got all my old clothes out and tried them on, it was great!

Well I've gone 5 days without any loss....I guess that means that I need an apple day! This past week has been a very scary one...my heart has been acting crazy! I recorded the episodes on a heart monitor but all the doctors where gone for the holiday so no one could read the results until this week--so I'm patiently waiting for them to call..... Well, my little heart episode from Monday night happened again this morning. This time I was still in bed so I had my husband put his ear against my chest. He immediately jumped up and said "You're going to the hospital!" It really scared him. My heart literally stopped for about 2 full seconds and then SMACK, it would be like I got hit in the chest with a hammer! However, by the time we reached the emergency room it had quit...of course! I was out of town yesterday with my husband and didn't take any food with me except my orange for breakfast. So for lunch I went to Subway and had a salad with a little bit of chicken & vinegar.
