KINDA EASY ONCE YOU GET STARTED, BUT I WOULD START THERE, AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR PANTS GETTING LOOSE JUST FROM THIS CLEAN OUT, AND YOU WON'T FEEL THAT BLOATING FEELING EITHER, THEN AFTER THAT YOU CAN GO ON TO LIVER, YEAST, AND WELL YOU KNOW!
