Another thing I have been struggling with lately is the fact that my hair is disappearing at an alarming rate...I have had shoulder length hair since high school when I thought it was cool, but its unruly and very wavy and difficult. Usually relapsing is put into context with alcoholics drinking again after not doing so for awhile...Well I quit drinking pop and eating after 6pm and not eating "Junk" foods and I hate to say it but I have been relapsing lately on all of the above...I have to get myself back into the swing and quit!!!!
