I live in Sacramento for a year know , I use to live with my husband in Walnut Creek for 15 years and we decidet we wanted to move to Sac but we decidet know to move to southern ca .because his business is much better there . I miss Europe sometimes, my husband is orginal from Turkey and we are going to visit Germany and Turkey in the summer time. I can't wait, because I like the styles better there,

- Debra, thanks for the invite. I agree that we need to start taking of our health first with healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle. If everyone did that, there would be much less need for drugs.

Getting Healthy
My desire is to help all those that I come in contact with to get back to the basics. God has put on this earth everything we need to feed us and heal us. I am not totally against medicine but make it the last alternative and not the first step to take when ill. God allowed that knowledge but man has truly warped it with greed.
