well if you could not find it on here after joining, did you think that maybe this is not legit??? best way to quit doing it is just do it, you can't cut down, you just have to do it! Try asking God to help you, thats what I did and I just gave it...
Please give me any information on this guy and if anything he says is true. Other than we know there are a lot of chemicals in foods

- Hi Lilly,
Sorry I haven't gotten back to you sooner but things have been a little crazy. You asked me how I lost my wt. I used HCG that Kevin recommends. I've done 3 rounds. I started round 1 at 164 lost 21 pounds in 34 days. Round 2 I lost 18pounds in 23 days. My wt. at that time was 135, and I maintained for Phase 3 which is 3 weeks more after you finish the HCG part of the diet. I ran into problems the next 6 months. I gained back about 15 pounds so that is why I am doing another round. I know I did gain some muscle wt. b/c I started riding my bike in Sept. and now I am up to about 10 to 12 miles a day most of the time 6 days a week. While I'm on Phase 2 I had to cut my exercise down b/c it does interfere with my wt. loss. I'm not losing as well this round and I thinks it's b/c I don't have much fat left. I'm down 15 pounds and today is day 22. Monday will be my last day for Phase 2.

- Well, I started by doing a google of HR875, then googled things like the dangers of MSG and Aspartame...
these subjects will open your eyes and mind. From there, begin looking for heirloom seeds and study how to grow your own organic fruits and veggies. It may not seem like much, but it's a pretty darn good start ;)

Today is Sat. and I am down to 141.2#'s. It's not as much as last round that I have lost but I'm still happy with the results so far. Are you doing HCG?
