- Began my first round May 31, 2007 at 322 lbs. I have not gone to a doctor for a prescription, but order my hcg online. In April 2008 I dropped to a loss of 125 lbs! But life threw a few wrenches in the works and over the summer/fall/holidays I gained, lose, gained, lost, and finally ended up gaining 58 lbs back. It is coming off again! Candida is gone, cravings are GONE and I have no trouble maintaining during breaks!!!
For those who are concerned about losing so much weight and what that does to your skin, Dr. S was right! The skin tightens up again. No sagging so far! I've got a huge belly flap/apron that is shrinking. There is bound to be some sagging from that when I reach goal, but from what I've seen so far, there will be a 100% improvement over what other weight loss programs produce.
I get hcg in the 5000 ampoules and use 200 IUs a day, so I get 25 doses from one ampoule. It comes in a glass ampoule that needs to be broken/snapped open (some brands come in a little vial with rubber seal) in powder form and needs to be mixed with bacteriostatic water (the little bit of liquid that comes with it needs to be tossed out). I mix 1cc bac water to every 1000 IUs hcg and use 200 IUs in 0.2cc injections using little insulin syringes. Mixing this way, it is easy to adjust daily dosage to whatever you want.

2 - 5 or 10cc syringes (Leur Lock)
2 - 1.5" 18-21 gauge needles
2 - 5 or 10cc sterile sealed glass vials
1 - 30cc vial bacteriostatic water (will last for 6 mixings)
50 insulin syringes 0.3cc OR 0.5cc 29-31 gauge

Mix each 5000 ampoule with 5cc bac water. You will need to mix twice during a long round.
adjusting dosage (using above mixing):
250 IU = 25 units (on insulin syringe) = 0.25cc
225 IU = 22.5 units (on insulin syringe) = 0.225 cc
200 IU = 20 units (on insulin syringe) = 0.2cc
175 IU = 17.5 units (on insulin syringe) = 0.175 cc
150 IU = 15 units (on insulin syringe) = 0.15 cc
125 IU = 12.5 units (on insulin syringe) = 0.125 cc
These increments are easy to draw using the little insulin syringes. In most states you can buy them in boxes of 100 from the pharmacy with no prescription. I get them at Walmart or Sam's or Costco. But if necessary, order them with the rest of your supplies.
To mix, you must keep everything sterile. Use alcohol wipes on everything. Open the hcg ampoule, With the large syringe and needle (fastened TIGHTLY together!), draw 5cc bac water, use a little to dilute the hcg powder and all that liquid ends up in the sterile sealed glass vial. Keep it in the refrigerator once it is mixed. The pharmacist will tell you that it keeps for 30 days, but I know of several people who have used it after 4 months and it is fine. Remember that you must inject the same volume air into a vial to replace the liquid you will take out! All new vials come with air pressure in them, so be prepared for that little "push" of pressure the first time you put a needle into the seal. demonstration video:

If you ever need to check for potency, put a couple of drops on a pregnancy test strip. If it registers as Pregnant, it is potent.

- Hello, I am so happy to find your site!! I am on day 10 of the HCG through a local clinic and I have lost 9lbs so far and am so excited.
