Hey Linda, How are You? My Husband has been off since Dec 23rd, which causes my schedule to be very different.
I am getting ready to start ph 2 as soon as I get the water. I did ok, until sitting here with my husband for 3 weeks doing nothing but eating. My exercize program has gone down the tubes. I believe you have to keep up the hour walking daily to keep the wight off. Plus the holidays on top of every thing else, my family isn't organic. That makes it difficult to eat, unless you ignore trying to eat organic. With the holiday food being non organic at my famlies, no exercising, and three weeks of my husband 7/24. I believe I have manage to gain about 10 lbs. I am going to have to start my old schedule, with or without Michael going to work.
Hope your holiday went well, and everyone had a wonderful time.
Hi Linda !!
Thank you very much for your comment it really makes me feel welcome.
I read your profile and it is very interesting what you are trying to do to change the world, it will be paid back to you.
Oh and I will like to ask you; My baby has acid reflux and 've been trying to find the most natural way to help him feel better, the Pd says is ""NORMAL"" and gave me some medicines, which is of course some type of drug with side effects, but I dont want to use it. If you know anything about this, please let me know, im really strugglin!!
Thank you, hope to hear soon from you.
Hey Linda, Hope the New Year is finding you well. What part of India did you travel to? My sister went with wuite a few people from the church to India in 2001. they were bulding shelters for the single women and young girls that had no place to go. It is sad what happens to so many, in other countries. We all need to assist in some way to make the world a better place, especially for the children.
We are watching the Rose Parade on tv today, and will be watching the football game later. I will be on the computer today more than I usually am. Hope you and your family will have a great day.
Hi Linda,
Happy New Year..........we enjoy watching the count down in New York of the ball falling at the strike of midnight. We watch it every year, my husband doesn't want to be out on the roads driving with all the people celebrating the comming of the New Year.
Yes, I like your new picture, she is very cute, I wasn't familiar with the word vivtar.
I see you have been to India, I sponsor a child in India, that lives with her mother and three brothers. Their father deserted them, they live on so little. I hope one day to go to India, and visit her and her family.
