I take the ACV alone. I prefer it that way, it does feel eeky but ony for a few seconds then it all goes away. My husband cant stand the taste so what he does is mix 1 teaspoon of ACV with a bit of raw honey into a 4 oz of purified water. You can also use 4 drops of Stevia or 100% maple syrup...=]

I started eating healthier about 3-4 months ago and I've never felt better. I just cant seem to cut off the meat =[ I started drinking ACV 3 weeks ago and I have lost weight and my energy sky-rocketed. I also drink a 'magic' juice Exfuze and I feel more energized, sleep better and have also lost #'s with it in 16 days! I cant wait to see more results the next 2-3 months!
